The El Ayudante Leadership Team
provides servant leadership to a staff of 29 full-time and 20 contracted workers who are devoted to the planning and implementation of numerous on and off campus ministries, care of mission teams, and upkeep of grounds and facilities. |
| Vanessa Paz Amador was selected in December 2010 by the BODs to serve as Director of El Ayudante, Nicaragua. Vanessa has represented the corporation as POA and legal representative since 2003. Previously, she represented Mercy Ships International and served as Director of Promise International Academy. Vanessa resides in León with her husband, Daniel, and their sons, Kevin, Justin, and Brandon.
The El Ayudante Leadership Team also includes Francisco Urbina Poveda, Control Officer and Internal Auditor, and Lorvin Palma, Director of El Ayudante’s Family Enrichment Center. |
