Child Sponsorships

Dear Potential Sponsor,

Thank you for considering how you might help minister to our children and their families served by the Family Enrichment Center (FEC). Words cannot express the love we have for each family that God has brought into our path. 

Our FEC partners with each child and their family to improve their quality of life and to give them opportunities to rise above poverty and succeed. We strive daily to give each child and family in our program a hopeful future through spiritual nurturing, housing, proper medical care, nutrition, and excellent education. 

The children arrive at the FEC each weekday at 6:00 a.m. They are fed breakfast and then bussed to a quality school in Leon. These children return in the afternoon for tutoring, computer lab, counseling, and a meal before they head home at 4:00 p.m. A social worker and psychologist follow up with the children and their families on a regular basis to provide encouragement. 

Children are the future in any country. By going deep with these twenty-five children and giving them the tools they need to succeed, we hope to bring change to Nicaragua one child and one family at a time. But this can only be successful with the prayers, time, support, and resources from people like you. 

In light of this, we ask that you would consider partnering with us by sponsoring a child from our Family Enrichment Center. Our sponsorship program begins with as little as $30 a month. Presently, sponsorships are needed especially for Erika, Luis, Ingrid, and Diana. Sponsors will receive information and updates on the child they support.

Sponsors receive pictures and background information on the child they support along with updates of happenings at the protection center. Sponsors will be able to correspond with their child by e-mail, letter, or phone call. Opportunities are available to visit the children during a mission trip to Nicaragua with El Ayudante.
