Dear Potential Sponsor, 

Hogar Cristiano Nicaraguense became “home” to at-risk children in March of 2005. El Ayudante’s staff in Leon is working closely with Nicaragua’s Ministry of the Family in the gradual placement of boys and girls into the Home. Sponsors are able to provide full or partial sponsorships for the children. Sponsorships are as follows:

Sponsorships include provision for a child’s food, clothing, housing, school supplies, medical needs, recreational and additional educational opportunities, and instruction in the Truths of Scripture.  

Sponsors receive background information on the child they support and updates on his/her progress. Sponsors have the opportunity to write to the child, especially on occasions such as birthdays and Christmas. The child will write to the sponsor as well.  Opportunities are available to visit the children during a mission trip to Nicaragua through the ministry of El Ayudante.
