Mission Team Application 

You must set a tentative date with Bill Cox at billcox@nicamissions.com before submitting this application. After your date has been confirmed, ANY change must be approved. Please plan a flight schedule of Saturday to Saturday—unless approved. The team fee for 2009 is $500 for a six night stay in Leon or Matagalpa. (This is necessary due to dramatic increases in food, gasoline, utilities.) If added nights are approved, there will be a fee of $75 per person per day. The night before departure, the team stays at a hotel in Managua. This is an expense paid for by the team.
